Dee & Simon
It's not every girl who would patiently wait for thirty years for the man she loves to finally put a ring on her finger, but then Dee is no ordinary girl. She's so lovely, kind and considerate and well... she'd have to be to wait that long, aye Simon ;-) A warm summer's day brought about the wedding of Dee's dreams, after all she's had a long time to envision how this would all play out. "Are the petals out?" she asked, "The globes above the main table?"... this was going to be beautiful!! Simon just went along with it for Dee I suspect. He's the practical, no fuss farmer type who didn't see why the ceremony should be any longer than ten minutes; I mean how many things are there that one actually has to do, in order to be legally married?

Just hanging out with the family with a few glasses of bubbly. Oh and a little pruning of 'Dad's' bushy eyebrows, I mean what are daughters for, if it's not to keep your eyebrows in check!

Well at least this one is. Meet Billy, he got to be the ring bearer... there could have been multiple ring bearers, a procession if you like, but Milly and Zoe's behaviour might not have been the best so they had to stay home.

Then there's Fred. He's a sheep dog by trade, and as far as I could tell wasn't really interested in the up coming wedding at all so he just lay in the shade ignoring the proceedings.

And even though things were about to get very exciting, there was still time to fit a little TV into the schedule too. Minutes feel like hours when you're waiting just a little bit nervously for what's to come...

After Dee's Dad walked her down the aisle there was a vow declared by a show of hands that said "this day, on Dee and Simon's wedding day, we will enjoy ourselves", and people did!

Now what would a country wedding be without some photos on the farm? I think in the end if Sharee had had a say, she would have just stayed with the cows, she totally adores animals, even curious ones!!
