Tekapo's lupins...
Steffi and Conrad were told before they left Germany with their two small (very cute) children, that New Zealand had some really nice lakes and mountains. Perhaps it might be the perfect place to get married? So they packed all the paperwork they thought they might need to do so - just incase. Once they got here they discovered it did indeed have the stunning vistas they had heard about and decided to go ahead and get married!
It's not every day that you have the bride and groom arrive together in a campervan with their children in tow, but if the evident way these two feel about each other is what happens when you spend road time together cramped up in a small space, then I'd have to highly recommend it!
Relaxed and serene on Tekapo's lake front, Steffi and Conrad said their own vows in German to each other, their two children playing in the rocks and grasses beside them, this was their moment, just between the two of them. I don't think I have ever met a couple more obviously devoted and adoring of each other than these two. The warmth and love they shared between them was almost tangible, like you could stick your hand out and grab it!!
