Lockdown

Covid-19 lockdown happened for us Kiwis in autumn and we had some beautiful weather for being forced to stay at home. There was school work, improvised ballet lessons in the lounge, baking, working from home, passover, a bit more baking, card games, jigsaw puzzling, window washing, weeding in the garden, a birthday, Easter celebrations and lots of backyard badminton. Not that bad really but missed our friends and family.

Garden at it's prime.

Pancakes in the making.

Sign of the times!

Working from home.

Chocolate chip cookies.

Everyone should try dipping cherry tomatoes in vegemite apparently.

Birthday red velvet muffins with cat poo icing toppers, hmmm...

Monopoly deal.

French toast.

Window washing, if you have to be at home you might as well have windows you can see out of.

The view to the bay where we went for walks most days.

Puzzle time.

Making Easter egg packages for youth group.

The makeshift ballet studio.

The hardest Easter egg hunt ever!!!

Jake, the neighbour's cat.
